Cancellation Policy
As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact—not only on my schedule, but on other clients who could have taken that spot.
Please be respectful of our time and business operations by honoring the following policy:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service total.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total, as this time was set aside specifically for you.
I understand that emergencies happen, and always happy to work with you when possible. However, consistent respect for time—both yours and mine—helps me continue to offer quality, personalized service to every client.
